- Who can tell me what my Login ID and /or Password ID is?
  For security reasons, you are the only one who will have access to your Login ID or Password for your personal Account information. Therefore, you will be unable to obtain this information by calling Technical Support. Please click on Forgot Login ID/Password if you do not know it.
- Why is the Forgot Login ID/Password screen not accepting my Account number?
  If you were not previously registered for online Account Access, you will get a message that the Account number is not recognized. Please return to the home page and register your Account as a new user.
- I'm trying to use the Forgot Login ID/Password form to recover or reset my login information, but I keep getting an error on my email address. What should I do?
  To complete the Forgot Login ID/Password form, enter the email address we currently have on file for your account email alerts. If you do not remember your email address, please click on the Contact Us link at the top of this page to speak to a Customer Service Representative to update your email address. After your email address has been updated, you will need to complete the Forgot Login ID/Password form to access your account.
- When will I receive my ?
  If you are approved, you will receive your new credit card and terms associated with your Account in 10 business days. If you choose rush processing, your card will arrive in as little as 3 days. If you were required to pay a processing fee with your application, you will receive your card after we have verified receipt of the funds, which can take up to an addtional 14 business days.
- What are the qualifications for getting a credit card?
  In order to qualify for a credit card, you must be at least 18 years of age. Credit approval will be determined upon review of your current credit bureau report and other information bearing on your creditworthiness. You will be notified of our credit decision by mail.
- What interest rate and/or credit limit can I get if I apply?
  The interest rates and other Account terms will vary. We will not be able to tell you what the terms of your Account will be until we receive your application and review your credit history.
- I forgot my Login ID and/or my Password. How to I recover my log in information?
  Click here to go to the Forgot Login ID/Password form. Enter the information requested and you will be able to recover your Login ID and reset your Password.
- Why do I get an error on my Login ID/Password when I try to log in?
  You will receive an error on your Log in ID and/or password if you are not registered for online account access or if you are entering the incorrect Login ID and/or Password. Click here to register. If you are registered for online account access and are unable to log in, click here to go to the Forgot Log in ID/Password form and reset your log in information.
- What number do I call if I am having technical difficulties?
  If you are having trouble accessing your Account information online, please contact us at . Our hours of operation are 8am to 12am Eastern Time Monday - Saturday.
- I do not have the Signature Panel Code from the back of my card that is required during registration for online Account access. What should I do?
  Your Signature Panel Code is available only on your card. Customer Service representatives do not have access to your Signature Panel Code. Please contact Customer Service and a representative will send a replacement card to you. If, for any reason, we are not able to send a replacement card to you, you will not be able to register for online Account access.
- Why am I getting an error on my Account number when I try to register?
  You are either entering your Account number incorrectly or you are on the wrong website. Verify that the Account number you entered on the registration form matches the Account number on the front of your card. The correct website for your Account will be listed on the back of your card.
- Why am I getting an error on my Login ID when I try to register?
  Your Login ID must be between 6 and 16 characters long. Your Login ID can contain letters and numbers, however, spaces, dashes, periods, slashes or other special characters are not allowed. If the Login ID you chose is being used by another customer, you will have to pick a different Login ID. You can choose from the suggested Login IDs on the registration form or alter the Login ID you entered.
- Can I receive my statement in large font format?
  Yes, you can request this option using the "Contact Us" link at the top of the page or you can call the customer service number on the back of your card and have this request submitted for you. Once the request is processed, you will receive both the original version and the larger font version of your statement. To facilitate payment processing, please utilize the remittance coupon from the original statement.
- Can I receive my statement in Braille?
  At this time we do not offer documents in Braille. We do offer Reader Services, the process by which our customer service representatives offer to read statements or other documents to cardmembers. Additionally, our site is compatible with screen reading software.
- How do I increase the font on the website?
  If you haven't already done so, try increasing the font size using the buttons marked with + or - . The + button will increase the font, The - button to decrease the fontYou can contact our technical support team or customer service representative for assistance. The customer service phone number is listed on the back of your card. You can also locate the customer service phone number in the "By Phone" section of the "Contact Us" page. This link is located at the top of the page or you can call the customer service number on the back of your card. Additionally, our site is compatible with screen reading software.
- I have a cognitive disability. Do you offer alerts or notifications of important events such as upcoming payments or fees, etc.?
  Yes. Keep track of payment due dates. Know when your payment has been received, or when your statement is ready to be viewed online by electing our free email and text message alerts and we will let you know when your payment is due.
  
  You may use choose your alerts or change existing preferences by logging in to your account and going to the Personal Profile tab, then click on Change Alert Preferences in the menu that appears.
- I use a relay service. Can you accept these calls?
  Yes, we are able to accept Relay Service calls. We are also able to accept calls via TDD.
